Healthy mind healthy body

The fundamental assumption behind the present project, “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body,” is the following: Enhancing the mental health and physical health of young people by improving their knowledge, abilities, and mindset.
OBJECTIVES
To bring together youth workers from diverse backgrounds to expose them to different viewpoints, to reinforce the EU motto “unity in diversity.”
To address the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, its impact on the mental health, and ways to overcome them;
To enhance awareness of mental health issues among youth workers, and to eliminate the stigma attached to mental illness;
To enhance the sense of initiative and motivation among youth workers to effect change towards a more inclusive society.
To foster the personal development of young participants by promoting their ability to adapt to new situations and build self- confidence.
To raise awareness of the +Erasmus program and its opportunities for young people;

The host organization is Masterpeace Georgia. Organization with an aim to mobilize, inspire, connect people for a peaceful future and to prevent future conflicts. Masterpeace Georgia also aims to foster an implementation process of Sustainable Developments Goals (SDG) into civil society for its further development, protection and respect of common human rights and the rule of law, protection of the rights of ethnic, sexual and other minorities to increase the integration process on the regional and global levels.The
